Our banquet halls seat from around 80 guests for an intimate gathering up to 500 for a full wedding reception, with flexible floor plans for seated dinners, buffet service or theatre-style events. Tell us your expected headcount and we’ll recommend the right hall.
We are at Location: Barkhahiti, Kirtipur-10, Kathmandu, Nepal. There is on-site parking for guests, and the venue is an easy drive from the city centre. Ask us for a pin or directions when you book.
All food is prepared by our own kitchen — that’s the heart of what we do. We build multi-cuisine menus (Nepali, Indian, Continental, Chinese) around your occasion, and outside catering is not permitted so we can guarantee quality and food safety.
Yes. Pure-vegetarian and Jain menus, vegan options, and allergen-aware preparation are all available. We’ll go through the full menu with you at a tasting before the event.
Your booking covers the hall, tables and seating, table linen, basic stage and lighting, a sound system, and a dedicated event coordinator on the day. Décor, floral styling and entertainment can be added on.
Yes — we have on-site parking, with staff to help direct vehicles during large events. Valet parking can be arranged on request.
For peak wedding season and public-holiday dates we recommend booking three to six months ahead. Smaller events and weekday functions can often be arranged with a few weeks’ notice.
